Hear 13-Year-Old Marina Kaye make Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep” her own

0

It takes a brave singer to try and do Adele, but 13-year-old French
singer Marina Kaye showed she had more than enough soul in her to
make “Rolling in the Deep” her own. The schoolgirl is a strikingly
expressive and powerful singer who had the audience at France’s Got
Incredible Talent on their feet by the time she hit the famous chorus.
Marina’s take on the Adele hit blew the judges away as well as music
Marina comfortably lends her own flavour to the song, and you can
really see the passion in her eyes as she sings it, making for an eyecatching performance.
Unsurprisingly for such an enormous talent, Marina went on to win the
sixth series of France’s Got Incredible Talent, as well as forging an
original music career. The young singer, who was born on 9 February
1998 in Marseille, France, originally began her music career at age 10
by posting vocal covers on her YouTube channel.

Marina is quite the Adele fan, as later on France’s Got Incredible Talent,
she sang the English popstar’s song “Set Fire to the Rain”, as well as
Katy Perry’s “Firework”. You can see Marina perform “Set Fire to the
Rain” in the video below, where she again brings her distinctive style to
the number one hit song.

After Marina won the competition she, rather sadly, decided to exit the
music industry due to bullying at her school. She later changed her
mind after a meeting with Norwegian producer Jan Erik Frogg and she
resumed singing and turned it into a full-time career. Frogg discovered
the teen on YouTube from her cover of Demi Lovato’s “Skyscraper”,
and the pair have continued working together to this day
At age 15 Marina left school and moved to London, England to work on
her music. Her first release as an original artist was the Homeless EP,
which featured her debut single of the same name, which she co-wrote.
The four-track EP, which showcased a pop and rock style, topped the
charts in France and Belgium. It even became the fifth-highest charting
release of the year in her homeland.

The young singer followed this up with three studio albums. Marina’s
success on the French charts continued with these, with her debut
studio album Fearless going x3 Platinum in France and the follow-up
Explicit going Gold. Her third studio album Twisted reached the French
top 50 and yielded the single “The Whole 9”, which peaked at #15 on
the French charts.

Fearless remains her most popular album, as it again featured
“Homeless” and other fan favourite tracks such as “Freeze You Out”
and “Dancing With the Devil”. “Freeze You Out” is notable for having
been written for Marina by Australian superstar Sia along with English
songwriter Chris Braide. If you would like to see more from Marina

Mother teaches ‘ungrateful’ six-year-old daughter a lesson after she threw a brand new pencil case in the TRASH – by making her carry her pencils in a plastic sandwich bag

Florida mom teaches ‘ungrateful’ daughter, six, a lesson after she threw pencil case in the garbage

A Florida mom has been praised for teaching her ungrateful daughter a lesson after the little girl threw her brand new pencil case in the trash.
Haley Hassell uploaded a ‘long mom rant’ on Facebook, explaining that her six-year-old daughter Presleigh had asked for the popular ‘LOL pencil box’ but changed her mind, tossing it in the garbage.

The hard-working single mom decided to teach Presleigh a ‘tough love lesson,’ donating the item to a kid who would actually appreciate it – and making Presleigh use a less-than stylish plastic bag for her pencils instead.

In the post, student nurse Haley said she was ready to surprise Presleigh with the ‘LOL pencil box’, thinking she would be ‘ecstatic’.

Haley clarified that her daughter had initially asked for that pencil case specifically, and she’d gone to three stores to find it.

But the surprise didn’t go as expected.

‘When I surprised her with it, she stared at it and threw it in the trash and slammed the bedroom door. She yelled “that’s stupid, everyone in my class has that…I don’t want it anymore,”’ Haley wrote.

Though she was furious with her daughter, she knew it was an opportunity to make a point.

‘By this time there was probably smoke coming out of my ears and I’m trying real hard not to completely lose it on this kid that I have worked so hard to completely take care of financially on my own [and] make sure she always gets what she needs and then some,’ Haley said.

‘But I thought I had always taught her to be grateful [and] know how lucky she was but apparently sis needed a small wake up call.’

Haley had the idea to present her daughter with a new pencil case option: a plastic sandwich bag with the words ‘Presleigh’s pencil bag’ scrawled on it.

‘She lost her mind! Suddenly the LOL box she just trashed was good enough and the ziploc bag was horrible…but it’s too late for all that,’ Haley wrote.

The mom then insisted that her daughter fish it out of the trash so they could give it to someone who would appreciate it.

‘[Someone] whose mommy and daddies don’t have money for any school supplies or someone who may not even have a mommy or daddy.

‘I explained to her she’s not entitled to anything special and she is taking for granted how lucky she is,’ Haley continued, as she said she will ‘personally deliver the nice box to a child that could benefit from it’.

‘Maybe I over react sometimes but I would’ve done anything to have all the things she does as a child. I truly believe changing your perception [and] just being grateful can turn around any situation in life,’ she concluded.

Almost 500 people weighed in on the post in the comments section.

‘Wow now [that] is being a good momma that just taught a child a great value in life thanks,’ said a male user.

‘Yes! You’re doing a outstanding job, I applaud you.I would have done the same thing,’ said another.

‘Good job. Hard lesson but she [will be grateful] next time,’ commended a fellow mom.

Haley’s own mom Sheila took to the comments to say her daughter worked so hard to provide for Presleigh.

Sheila noted that since sharing the now-viral post, cruel trolls had spammed Haley’s inbox with toxic messages about her being a bad mom.

One critic wrote on the pubic post that hundreds of people were likely ‘reacting’ with ‘angry emojis’ for a reason.

‘I would venture to say it’s not over her making her use a ziploc. But more over her blasting her child on Facebook, posting a picture of her upset and crying, embarrassing her. That situation should have been handled in private.’

This Toddler ‘Arguing’ With Mom Is Absolutely Adorable In Any Language

0

This video of a toddler ‘arguing’ with her mom will make you giggle and it’s absolutely adorable in any language. Even though this video is in Spanish, it needs absolutely no translation. Moms everywhere know exactly what is about to go down.

It’s a tale as old as time. All moms around the world want toddlers to eat healthy, nutritious foods. And the toddler argues with moms that those healthy foods really aren’t necessary!

It’s time for lunch in Argentina for little Angelina. Her mom created a simple, yet highly nutritious meal for her daughter. But this sweet little toddler isn’t having it despite her loving mama cutting up all kinds of fruits and veggies for Angelina to sample.

Toddler Argues With Mom About Food

As the mother explains to her daughter why she needs to eat nutritious food, Angelina emphatically tells her no. The toddler is arguing with her mom as if to say, “Aren’t you adorable thinking I would eat those peas but in case I didn’t convince you the first time I said, no, here’s another no thank you!”Mom continues to list all the good things like potatoes, yogurt, and bananas, Angelina just listens and waits for her turn to tell her mom with a shrug of her shoulders and a “what can you do” gesture with her hands. It seems as if that’s the end of the conversation until Angelina spots the camera and hams it up.

She smiles and starts talking to her mom as if to say, “Oh! So now we need to document this moment, eh? Let’s document how well I can clearly communicate the word, ‘no.'” The exchange between the pair results in one of the most adorable videos has moms groaning over the truth and giggling at the same time. Clearly the struggle is real, said every mom ever!

Baby of three months singing ‘Twinkle, twinkle, little star’. This video will give you a good mood for the rest of the day

0

By three and a half months, your baby will start to demonstrate whether he or she prefers to be alone or engage in social interactions.

They are unable to predict whether he will develop into an introvert or an extrovert as an adult
While some babies like to be alone or with only a small group of people, others want to be surrounded by people.
Your 14-week-old baby will pick up a lot from his surroundings, and as his brain processes the data, it will make sense of it all.

He will now get much more interested in some other features of the house and want to look about the entire house.

Your child’s neck muscles and upper body strength will both be developed to a sufficient degree. He might be able to look around for extended periods of time while keeping his neck upright.

Fly around the home humming and making airy noises while holding your infant on your shoulder.

The experience of traveling backwards can produce a great riot and make him grin and giggle if he holds in such a way that he glances back.

You can hold your baby while stacking him on top of a gym ball or big beach ball if you’re into exercise.

The baby should then be allowed to squirm and move slightly in each direction while you softly roll the ball in various directions.

Little girl tells dad while they are having dinner she has got a new boyfriend she waits for her dad’s reaction

0

For fathers, it is hard to accept that their daughters will start eventually start dating when they grow up. Nowadays, girls are dating earlier than before which makes even harder for fathers to imagine their little princesses having a boyfriend. One of these fathers is the dad in the vide below, he never imagined that his little daughter would ever get a boyfriend at that young age, their conversation will surely make you laugh hard.

The video below shows the little girl telling her dad at dinner that she has a boyfriend. It’s unclear who the boyfriend is. Perhaps it was a boy she met at preschool, or a kid she met in the sandbox of the playground. Regardless, this little girl has a boyfriend, and she wants her dad to know it!

Her father’s reaction to his daughter having a boyfriend is nothing short of hilarious. All dads will be able to relate to him not wanting to believe it! The exchange goes like this:

“I got a boyfriend.”

“Oh no you do not.”

“Oh yes I do.”

“Oh no you don’t.”

“Oh yes I do.”

The two continue to go back and forth as their family giggles in the background.

“That boyfriend better be talking to your daddy,” the dad says, but his daughter isn’t having any of it. It’s clear she has no intention of letting her father meet her boyfriend!

“No no no!” she says emphatically, with her father responding, “Yes, he better.”

“No. He is my boyfriend,” the little girl says again.

“He needs to come talk to me first. You tell him that,” the dad says, at which point the toddler puts her head in her hands in frustration. When her father continues, the girl starts rambling with an adorably sassy attitude!

Toddler Declares She Is No Longer Speaking To Mimi

0

In 2015, a toddler Josie was captured throwing an adorable tantrum and explaining why she wouldn’t be talking to “Mimi” anymore.

Kids say exactly what they mean. Josie clearly states the issue she has with one of the adults who is watching her.

In addition to her words, this toddler knows how to express her displeasure. Her face is determined, and her whole body shakes as she wags a pointed finger for emphasis. She also stomps a few times and firmly plants her hands on her hips.

As the crowd listens, they begin asking questions. When asked if she won’t talk to anyone, Josie announces who she will still speak with: Kirsten, KK, and Mamie.

Since there are four women in the room with her, there’s one person Josie isn’t speaking to. In her own words, Josie says, “I’m not talking to Mimi because I’m really upset.”

Why is she upset? If you think that it would take a lot to get a child so upset, you’re right. Mimi used the bad words, “poop away.” As she recounts her experience, Josie admonishes, “It’s not funny, Mimi. I told you.”

Despite her anger, this toddler thinks ahead. In fact, she has a plan for what she’ll do when she gets home to mom and dad. In case you’re wondering, Josie wants to tell her parents, “take a rest,” and then “be upset.”

Perhaps you can relate to Josie through childhood memories or even recent events. Sometimes, we all need to let out a little steam. Chances are you think she’s absolutely adorable. Plan to commiserate with others or celebrate cuteness here or through another social media community.

Young boy glides over ice in show-stopping ice-skating routine

0

Audiences were blown away when a young boy stole the show at an ice-skating event. A video of his performance has taken the internet by storm.

As soon as he appears on the ice and the spotlight follows him, the audience explodes. Apart from looking super cute in this outfit, it is clear from his confidence levels that the boy means business.

The event, Golden Skate Awards, took place in Milan, Italy and the boy did his performance to the song ‘Tango Amore.’ He was around ten years old when the event occurred, but it looks as if he had been skating for 20 years.

As soon as the music starts, Alexander starts to strut his stuff on the ice. He does a few flirty jerks to the rhythm of the music, and then he sets off on the ice like a cloud floating in a light autumn breeze.

The boy has the audience on their feet, and they start to clap rhythmically to the song. Just when the excitement is almost too much to bear, an older man joins the boy, and the audience erupts once more.

Those that didn’t know who the boy was before now realize who he is. It is the son of four-time Olympic medalist and ice skating legend Plushenko Evgeni. Now, the audience is treated to a father-son duo on ice.

One viewer commented: ‘You can tell he loves him by the way he’s skating with him. He’s using the moves that make him feel most comfortable, and he’s trying to get Alexander to feel it.’
